噸包拆包機主要應用于塑料、橡膠、食品、醫藥、化工等領域對大袋包裝如塑料樹脂和食品添加劑等干燥粉、粒狀物料進行拆包。
噸包拆包機將噸袋包裝物料提升到進料口，人工將包裝袋下料口拆開后，打開流量控制閥和帶附帶的振動下料裝置促使包裝袋內的粉粒狀物料通過自重落到下方料斗中。
Big bag emptying is used in breaking and unloading big bale for dry powder or pellet material such as plastic pitch, carbon black and food additive in trades of plastic, rubber, food, medicine, chemical industries, and etc .
Big bag emptying elevates ton bag material inlet, breaking the ton bag outlet by manual, then opens flowrate control valve with vibrancy equipment to promote unloading powder or pellets into the lower hopper by gravity .
