可以生產單種原料的針刺氈，也可以生產多種原料混合的針刺氈。
標準卷裝產品的寬度是160cm 到 220 cm，華頂也可以根據可以要求的寬度進行定制，大的寬度可以達到350cm。
克重的范圍是200g/m2 至2000g/ m2 ，密度的范圍是0.08g/m3至0.40g/ m3 . 而厚度的范圍可以達到1.2mm至4.5mm.
無紡針刺氈可以以三層復合的形式生產，有無底布均可。
所有的針刺氈都可以加PTFE覆膜。
有多種覆膜和后處理方式。
